At the heart of Elemental Alignment is the understanding that every being has a unique nature, temperament, and way of experiencing the world.

Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic principles, the 5 Element framework offers a natural, time-tested way to understand emotional patterns, communication styles, stress responses, and relational needs — in both humans and animals.

The first step in this mentorship is completing the Elemental Quiz, which reveals the dominant elemental patterns for you and your animal companion. These patterns form your Elemental Blueprint, offering insight into:

  • Where your energies naturally complement one another

  • Where misunderstandings or tension may arise

  • What each of you needs to feel supported, safe, and regulated

From this foundation, we begin to co-create a Personalized Elemental Alignment Blueprint — a living guide that helps you adjust how you relate, respond, and support one another as you move through life together.

This work is not about fixing behavior.
It is about understanding nature, honoring needs, and learning how to walk in alignment on a shared journey.
